Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026. These terms govern your use of the Treethree assessment and reports.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by Treethree ApS, Islands Brygge 50, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark. You can reach us at tcfl@pm.me.

2. The service

Treethree is a business-to-business (B2B) service. It is offered only to businesses and to the people authorised to act for them. It is not directed at or intended for consumers, and by using it you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer.

We provide a self-service assessment and a generated report about how AI could fit your business. The free report is generated automatically. The full report is a paid product. Every report is guidance only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

3. AI-generated content

Reports are produced with the help of third-party AI models, currently Anthropic's Claude. By using the service you consent to your questionnaire answers being processed by us and by Anthropic for the purpose of generating your report. Please do not submit confidential information, secrets, or personal data that you are not authorised to share. AI output can contain errors or omissions, so you should review it before relying on it. We process your answers and contact details only to generate and deliver your report and to operate the service, and we do not sell your data. For details on what we store and your rights under EU data protection law, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment and returns

Paid reports are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. A paid report is generated and delivered digitally as soon as you purchase it, so it cannot be returned. That said, if you are unhappy with your report, contact us at tcfl@pm.me and we will of course try to find a solution. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Eligibility, accounts, and acceptable use

The service is intended for business use by people authorised to act for their organisation, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or overload it, attempt to extract its underlying prompts or systems, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

6. Intellectual property

Your answers remain yours. The report we generate is licensed to you for use within your own business. The framework, templates, prompts, and software behind the service remain ours.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
