The foundation comes first.
We started by transforming our own company. Building the groundwork, putting the implementation in place, we learned the real lesson the hard way.
The problem is almost never a lack of tools, and almost never a lack of ideas. It is the lack of groundwork, and the lack of a step-by-step plan built on the right framework.
We made that plan for ourselves. Then we realised that, once adjusted, it applies to almost any company.
So now we advise companies on how to set themselves up to plug in AI agents and tools however they like. The focus is the foundation. We are not affiliated with any tool, model, or supplier. Our whole job is clear, honest guidance on what could be done and what actually fits a company at a fundamental level, with one priority above all others: staying technology agnostic. When provider prices change, when capabilities change, when the needs of the business change, all of it plugs into the foundation.
We believe this is the most valuable service in AI implementation, because it genuinely enables a company to build what it needs going forward, without restructuring everything around a single tool or a single vendor. Because we have no commercial interest in which tools you use, we are in a position to make a completely unbiased and honest assessment. We recommend different tools for different companies, and we are very transparent when we believe AI should not be used at all.
Who we work with
Treethree was founded in 2025, focused on startups and small to medium-sized businesses. The method applies across almost every segment, from physical goods to subscription businesses, because its focus is business automation: the fundamental back-office work that is part of every company.
The framework can also be applied to large corporations. It simply shifts the dynamic, because of legacy systems, the scale of operations, and much higher vendor lock-in and decision gates. When a company is very large, the framework usually needs to be split and run at the department level rather than as one framework for the whole company.
Do we provide implementation?
We provide implementation guidance. Part of every deliverable is a clear playbook and execution plan. We are happy to help facilitate implementation engineering, but we do not implement it ourselves. That is deliberate, and core to our value: because we have no stake in the path you choose, we can make independent recommendations. We give you the maximum knowledge you need to make the right decisions for your company, a complete understanding of what is possible, and then you start the implementation process.
